Ready To Order
Frique London is essentially a luxury leather goods Made To Order private label but to meet the immediate needs of our customers, we maintain a Ready To Order inventory from Our Collection. When the Ready To Order stock runs out, customers can either wait till we replenish our inventory or purchase their desired item as a Made To Order.
The practice of low production volumes and inventory levels in our Ready To Order range ultimately helps to reduce waste. We believe this to be a more sustainable and responsible approach to production.
Made To Order
Our Made To Order range includes items that are not available as part of our RTO Collection and as such can only be purchased exclusively as Made To Order.
In addition to these exclusive items, the MTO range includes all items in our RTO Collection with a wider range of colours and personalisation options.
Delivery of orders from our MTO range can take 6 - 10 weeks after payment (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).

Commissions

Standard Commissions: Customers can request that an item from our Collection or Made To Order range be made using different dimensions and/or in a variety of exclusive leathers.

Premier Commissions: Customers can request that we launch a specific item from our design catalogue. In addition, the customer has the added benefit of selecting a name for the design and will also be acknowledged as the "Commissioner" in all product literature.
Delivery of Commissions orders can take up to 6 - 10 weeks after payment (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).

Bespoke

Standard Bespoke: Our Bespoke service is when we design an item based on the customer's vision and specifications. The customer will also decide the name of the item and be acknowledged as the "inspiration" in all product literature when the item is added to our product ranges

Exclusive Bespoke: With the Exclusive Bespoke, the designed item will never be recreated except at the express request or permission of the customer
